Designed for expectant caregivers and caregivers with babies, Carried Away is a joyful, low-impact dance class centered around movement, music, connection, and community!
Babies should be worn securely in a properly fitted, supportive baby carrier suitable for movement. Expectant caregivers are also warmly invited to participate!
Please note: This is a caregiver-focused class. Register the CAREGIVER as the student.
