Hand Sewing & Crochet Class (Ages 8+), Thursdays, 10-11am.
Join us for Hand Sewing in the Fall (August–December), where students will learn hand sewing foundations from the ground up: threading and knotting, running and back stitches, buttons, and small projects they design and finish themselves.
Crochet starts in the Spring semester (January–May), — the focus will be on holding the hook, the foundation chain, single and double crochet, and building towards finished projects.
This is a two semester class of making textiles by hand, meeting on Thursdays across both semesters. Skills build week to week, so students grow real technique over time.
