Prenatal Yoga is more than a yoga class. It's a space to slow down, care for your changing body, connect with your baby, and spend time with other moms who truly understand what you're experiencing.
Each class includes gentle, pregnancy-safe movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help ease common discomforts, prepare your body for birth, and leave you feeling grounded and supported. There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to know yoga, and no experience needed. Just come exactly as you are.
The class is led by Erin, our prenatal yoga instructor and doula, whose compassionate guidance helps create a safe, welcoming space for every expecting mom. Whether you have questions, need encouragement, or simply want to be surrounded by women in the same season of life, you'll find it here.
