At the Y, participants in our martial arts program will learn more than self-defense and meditation. Beyond the basics of tang soo do, participants will learn about respect and good sportsmanship, all while building their self-confidence with a stronger mind, body and spirit. Class is taught by Grand Master Steven Bowman who is a 10th Degree Grand Master Black belt in Tang Sooo Do.
