Fourth Friday FREE Acoustic Jam
Bring your Acoustic stringed Instrument (Please, No amplifiers), a snack and a drink, and a folding chair. Join other local amateur musicians (All ages) for a jam session this Friday.
Whether you're a musician looking to "jam" with others or you enjoy music and want to hear your neighbors play... Audience/Singers are all welcome...
Let's come together to celebrate the beauty and power of live acoustic music in a friendly and welcoming environment. Let's jam!
A "Jam Circle" format is where musicians sit around the circle. Each musician in turn, gets to call out a song and musical key, and then lead the rest in singing/playing. ...And then it's on to the next person in the circle (if you don't have a song when it's your turn, you can just "pass"), etc. Depending upon the song, the musicians may take turns playing/improvising a verse and a chorus. - Lot's of Fun! Folks who just want to watch or sing are welcome.
