Lightner Museum: Ceramics

Join a Lightner Educator in exploring the hobby of pottery and ceramics. Participants will explore the museum’s collection and then create their own clay pinch-pot bowl. We’ll try to clay it cool, but we love ceramics!
This workshop is for children ages 5-10 years old. Parents must remain with their children for the duration of the workshop.
Pre-registration is required. Participants should arrive five minutes before the workshop starts, and can meet the educator in the lobby at the front.

Guardians interested in exploring the Lightner after the program will receive a discounted admission price of $12. Children under the age of 11 receive free admission to the Lightner Museum galleries.
