Cut Up & Sew Palm Coast: Sewing 101

If you have never sewn before, this is the class for you!
Karen will teach you how to thread your machine, wind a bobbin and use the stitch selector. She will focus on getting comfortable with controlling your sewing machine, gaining a better understanding of sewing machine parts, controlling speed and stitch lengths.
Supply List:
Sewing machine in good working order, power cord, foot pedal, manual
-All-Purpose Thread – neutral color
-2 or 3 bobbins
-Sewing Scissors
-Seam Ripper
-Straight pins
-Fabric: Choose either a drawstring bag or pillowcase:
1 yard fabric for pillow case
2 fat quarters for drawstring bag
-Frixion Erasable Highlighter Pen (available at Cut Up & Sew)
Rotary cutters, rulers and cutting mates will be available for your use at the class, or bring your own
