The Great Middle School Escape

The Great Middle School Escape is a two-day experience for curious, community-minded homeschool students who love a good challenge.

Students will tackle an escape room learning experience together, break down what made it exciting (or frustrating), and discover the "challenge sweet spot" that keeps players engaged. By Thursday, they'll be thinking like experience designers, practicing analysis, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and audience-centered design.

NOTE: We are but a humble homeschool co-op, not a professional escape room! Learners will be designing and building their own experience, so please don't expect the bells and whistles of a ticketed escape room business. Will it be awesome? Absolutely! Will it look like a professional escape room? Definitely not. But that's part of the fun!
