Give your young maker a fun and confidence-building start to sewing! In Kid Sewing 101, students will learn the basics of machine sewing while completing a simple beginner project (teacher’s choice: pillowcase, drawstring bag, or similar).

What Kids Will Learn
One of our specialty kids instructors will guide students through:
-How to thread the sewing machine
-How to wind and load a bobbin
-Understanding basic sewing machine parts
-Using the stitch selector
-Controlling machine speed and stitch length
-Building comfort and confidence at the machine
