Shanty & Co.: Flow Like A Mother Yoga Class

This gentle, supportive series is designed to help you build strength, release tension, and practice mindful breathwork you can carry into daily life. With a child-friendly atmosphere, little ones are welcome to play, join in, or simply be nearby as you focus on reconnecting with your body. A mommy and me class and a yoga class to help with stretching, breathing, and a work out.
Price includes one child for Stay & Play; additional children are just $10 each.
