The sixth annual BRAVE Summit returns to The St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Hosted by UF Health St. Johns, this free event is open to high school students across Florida and is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding teen mental health.
With more than 2,000 students attending last year, the Summit continues to grow its impact by creating a safe, supportive space where teens can connect, learn practical wellness tools, and openly discuss mental health.
This year’s event features bestselling author and resilience speaker Sam Demma, along with Grammy Award-winning artist Daya, who will share powerful messages of authenticity, courage, and self-discovery.
BRAVE (Be Resilient and Voice Emotions), founded in 2019, has significantly improved teen access to mental health care—raising follow-through rates from 35% to 90% in St. Johns County Schools—and now supports nearly 300,000 students across 10 Florida school districts.
