Body Mind Performance: Strong Girl

Starting on February 5th, our 8-week program is designed to empower girls aged 11-14 through physical activity, confidence building workshops, and mentor support.

Girls will walk away from the program with a boost in confidence, increased motivation, and feeling connected.

A genuine safe space, and access to free physical activity in a supportive environment.
