Washington Oaks Gardens State Park: Butterflies in the Garden

Join us at Washington Oaks State Park on September 27th from 2-4pm for an enchanting experience with butterflies!
During this program, you will:
Discover the astonishing life cycle of butterflies
Learn how to identify common species
Explore the best plants to attract them to your own garden
Following the seated talk, we'll venture out among the blooms to spot and identify live butterflies.
To prepare, please bring:
Binoculars and field guide (if you wish)
Water
Sunscreen
Insect repellent
This program is included with park entrance fee. Meet in the garden parking lot at 2pm.
