ScholarFest: Step Up and Connect is an exciting one-day event on August 23rd from 10 am to 1 pm, designed to bring together students who receive Step Up for Students scholarships and Direct Service Providers.
Similar to popular Back to School Jams, this event offers a unique opportunity for students and their families to explore the range of services available to them, right here in Flagler County.
