Celebrate Mothers Day with a heart-centered afternoon of creativity, connection, and relaxation. Flowers and Chocolate is a playful, soul-nourishing workshop that invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple joys of being present and making something beautiful with your hands.

We will begin with a calming meditation featuring gentle breath work, soothing sounds, cozy mats to lie on, warm salt lamp lighting, and eye masks—everything you need to unwind and drop into your heart space. Sip on ceremonial, heart-opening cacao as you paint a vase to life, surrounded by uplifting community and creativity. This is not about being good at art—its about expressing yourself freely, with joy and curiosity.
