You know that everyone's going gaga over Gaga Ball, but what is it? Let us fill you in!
What is Gaga Ball?
Gaga is a fast-paced, high-energy sport played in an octagonal pit. The more players, the better! Often described as a kinder, gentler version of dodgeball, the game uses a soft foam ball and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all while trying to hit opponents below the knees. The key to winning? Keep moving to avoid getting hit! It's fun, easy to learn, and provides a great workout for everyone involved.
As soon as the game ends, players can’t wait to jump back into the pit for the next round, making it addictive and exciting. The action heats up quickly, and with multiple balls in play, even the best players may be out in a flash. Gaga Ball is definitely a game kids love!
