Lightner Museum: Whats A Hobby Family Workshop - Geology Rocks

Join a Lightner Educator in discovering the hobby of rock and mineral collecting. Participants will explore our rock and mineral collection and have a chance to paint and decorate a rock they can take home. You do nOt want to take this fun workshop for granite!
This workshop is for children ages 5 -10 years old. Parents must remain with their children for the duration of the workshop.
Workshops are included with museum admission and pre-registration is required.
Participants should arrive five minutes before the workshop starts, and meet the educator in the front lobby.
The maximum number of children is 10.
