Join Becca for Decorating Basics for beginners!
This is a 2 session course (3 hours each, 1 week apart), where you will learn how to bake, assemble, and decorate your very own cakes at home.
Session 1 - Come as you are! I will walk you through making a cake from start to finish. From prepping your pans, baking the cake, making your icing, assembling, filling, and all the tips and tricks along the way!
Session 2 - Armed with your knowledge from session 1, your baked and chilled cake, icing, and a few basic tools from home, we will assemble your cakes and create a smooth canvas to decorate. Then after some tutorials and a bit of practice, we will decorate your cakes and you will have a beautiful dessert to take home for your family and friends (or all for yourself).
Ages 15 and up recommended (younger considered based on skill set). Limited number of seats available.
