Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park: Annual Yesterdays Festival

Join us this Saturday for the 2024 Yesterdays Festival at Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park! Come enjoy Live Music, Steam Engines and Tractors, Re-enactors, Historic Demonstrations, Cast Iron Cooking and much more.

This year we will have the Third Florida/Thirty Fifth Mass. Heritage company will perform weapon firing demonstrations and the The Kirby-Smith SCV Camp 1209 will fire confederate weapons and cannon. Replica of the Hunley Submarine will be on display as well.

Storytime and kids activities available throughout the day.

Food will be available from local vendors. A silent auction will be ongoing throughout the day in the park Recreation Building.

A scenic drive through the parks rolling sandhills will lead to the picnic area where the festival takes place.
