Treats for Troops: Veterans Day Family Packing Party

Bring the kids and a friend for a free community volunteer morning! Join Treats for Troops on Veterans Day to sort candy and comfort items, write thank-you notes, and pack care packages for service members, deployed and here at home. Finished packages go to the USO for distribution.

The fifth annual drive aims to pack 1,000 care packages in 2026, following 873 in 2025. Candy, cards and comfort items are being collected through November 10 at 17 drop-off locations across the area. Find the locations and packing-party sign-ups on our website.

Organized by Amy Howell and O.N.E. Florida Group.
