Dining with Dignity

“Dining with Dignity” is an OLGC Parish Food Serving Ministry developed in partnership with Home Again St. Johns, a local, not-for-profit which provides a practical framework to coordinate and address issues facing homeless people in our community.

This Ministry is focused on preparing and serving a nightly meal to homeless people in the St. Augustine area. A wide variety of church and community groups are involved in the work.

Our Lady of Good Counsel participates by providing the evening meal on each fourth Monday of the month, beginning in January 2013. We share the evening with St. Luke’s AME Church in St. Augustine.
