Loft Pilates and Yoga

n the artwork of the steps in the word Loft of our logo we wanted to symbolize that it takes one step at a time to reach our top potential in our health and wellness journeys. We believe in community and we are excited to help serve you every step of the way with your health and wellness needs.

We looked at many different locations through out Saint Johns County and finally 200 Malaga Street in Saint Augustine Florida selected us as our new hometown studio location.

We are excited to be the first studio in Saint Augustine to offer Aerial yoga, Pilates reformers group classes,traditional yoga and Pilates classes, massages, Acupunture, Reiki and many wonderful retreats, teacher trainings and community wellness events.
