My career spans some of the world's most prestigious stages. I have had the honor of performing sold-out solo recitals like Walk Out of Darkness and premiering my original piano concerto, Memories of the Forsaken, at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall alongside Orchestra Manhattan. Recognized by Vivid Seats as the “World's Best Classical Pianist, Hands Down,” I bring a wealth of practical performance expertise to my students. As the Piano and Voice Department Chair at the Jacksonville School of the Arts, I was incredibly passionate about guiding students of all ages. My dedication to adult learners inspired me to author the Amazon top-ranked guide, Late Start, Strong Finish: The Adult's Guide to Piano Mastery.
Beyond the keyboard, I am a Distinguished Toastmaster, TED speaker, and the bestselling co-author of The Art of Encouragement and its follow-up, Deeply Planted. I integrate these presentation principles into my teaching style, ensuring my students learn how to captivate an audience with poise and clarity. What makes my lessons special is this holistic approach to performance. Whether you are an aspiring pianist, a late bloomer, or a seasoned speaker, we will work together to elevate your stage presence and help you thrive.
Music truly is the world's universal language. I look forward to helping you experience it fully. You can!
