St. Augustine’s walk-in urgent care center. At Healing Arts, we believe health care and compassion go hand in hand.
We treat the common problem uncommonly well. Our front office staff, nurses, physicians and physicians assistants are all committed to helping our patients be as comfortable as possible when “Going to the Doctor.” The business office provides electronic filing of claims for most insurances including Medicare, appointment scheduling (although no appointment is needed, walk-ins are always welcome) and a dedicated referral desk for scheduling needed imaging, laboratory and physician referrals when a specialist’s care is needed. The nursing staff is all trained in triage, immunizations, drawing blood and telephone communication with patients. Free blood pressure checks are provided on a walk-in basis at any time. The physicians and physician assistants are all board certified clinicians who bring years of experience to the management of our patient’s medical problems.
