Birth and Postpartum Doula child birth educator. Serving Jacksonville and St Augustine FL and surrounding areas Georgia and South Carolina.

My role is to provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to mothers and their partners during labor and birth. I also offer help and tips when appropriate on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, movement, and positioning.

I assist families in gathering information about the course of their labor and other options.

As a Childbirth educator, I equip mom's, dads and families to have a calm, peaceful and uncontrived birth using Hypno Birthing® techniques.
