We are home to the only 24-hour OB Emergency Department in the area, where expectant mothers are seen by a board-certified OB/GYN physician.

Neonatologists and experienced neonatal nurses staff our 24-hour Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which gives you the comfort of knowing this is the safest place to have your baby.

At Halifax Health, our team of Educators is here to answer your questions, teach you best practices, and give you the tools needed to help you once you leave the hospital and are home with your newborn.
