First Coast Autism is an agency dedicated to the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our team of providers include Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians. These designations by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board are the most common and well-recognized providers of ABA therapy for individuals with an autism spectrum diagnosis.

Applied Behavior Analysis has been scientifically validated through numerous studies as an effective and lasting therapeutic intervention and support system for many individuals with an ASD diagnosis. We provide ABA services within home, school and community settings, depending on an individuals current needs. We collaborate with all other professionals and caregivers involved with our clients to bring about the best opportunity for efficient and lasting behavior change.

Services are often provided in an intensive format of 20 to 40 hours per week, based on a multitude of factors specific to each client. Goals are established and prioritized with input from the client, family and other caregivers to implement supports and interventions that will most positively impact overall quality of life. Training is provided to parents, caregivers and others to bring about the greatest likelihood of meaningful skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction.
