The Tolomato River is located in eastern St. Johns County in northeast Florida. The Intracoastal Waterway joins the Tolomato River at Channel Marker 760. A public boat ramp is located at Vilano Beach, south of the site, and offers plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
