Jogging & Exercise Trails
The park offers a jogging and exercise trail complete with exercise stations and equipment along the way. The trail is a mulch trail that winds through the native vegetation already existent on the northern portion of the park.
There is also a bike and pedestrian trail that winds through the southern portion of the park with benches along side of it for a restful stop to view nature and relax. This path is made of shell.
Playgrounds
In addition to the paths, there is a small playground, which also has environmentally friendly mulch as a base instead of other conventional wood bark or concrete. This mulch is also safe for children and the waterways as it is not toxic.
There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables available for those who wish to spend a family day together and it is conveniently located next to the canoe launch and the wooden fishing / lookout pier that extends into the canals.
Canals & Marshes
There are benches along the pier where one can sit and view the canals and marshes along the Intracoastal Waterway and its connectors. Many animals and birds have been spotted as they naturally go about their daily activities.
