Nease Beachfront Park is a Florida Communities Trust Park and contains 3.2 acres of land located on A1A Scenic & Historic Coastal Byway in the Vilano Waterfront Community. Those who visit the park can enjoy lovely views of the salt mash as well as soak up some sun at the beach. There is also a historic home on the site that was once the residence of Allen Nease.
Visitors to the park can enjoy a diverse day of activities. The boardwalk and scenic overlook into the marsh provide the perfect setting for bird watching and butterflies are abundant in the butterfly garden. Family and friends can enjoy a game of bocce ball, or a picnic at the nicely shaded tables. You can also cross A1A and relax on one of our beautiful County beaches and when done, stop in the Nease House to shower off the sand and salt water.
