Early Learning Coalition, The

The Early Learning Coalition is a non-profit organization that works to ensure children are ready for school by the time they enter kindergarten. ELC provides excellent early care and education opportunities to children, ages birth to 5, and their parents through licensed, private and faith-based childcare centers and homes in the area. We serve the counties of Baker, Bradford, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns.
