Pioneer School, The

The Pioneer School is a private, non-profit, middle school. Our program honors adolescence as a unique period for both physical and social/emotional growth.

Using a blended learning approach inspired by Waldorf, Montessori, and traditional pedagogy, students’ core classes are led by experienced teachers using highly-regarded curricula such as The Institute for Excellence in Writing, The Big History Project, Singapore, Saxon, and Teacher’s Curriculum Institute.
