Camps are the place for athletes to learn how to run up walls, vault over obstacles, swing through the bars, and flip over friends. Daily activities include a mix of parkour, trampoline & tumbling skills, Ninja warrior obstacles (warped wall, quintuple step, etc). Campers will join in games such as Nerf battles & dodgeball, create custom tie-dye t-shirts and receive camper of the day awards!
AM HALF DAY CAMP:
Ages: 5-14 yrs
9:00-9:15am - Games and Warm up
9:15-9:30am - Stretch
9:30-10:30am - Coaching Rotations: Vaults, Walls, Bars, Tumbling & Trampoline Skills
10:30-10:45am - Snack (provided by camper)
10:45-11:15am - Finish Rotation or Obstacle Course
11:15am-12:00pm -Open gym, Games, & Camper Awards
PM HALF DAY CAMP:
Ages: 6-14 yrs
12:00pm-12:15 - Games and warmup (New Campers)
12:15pm-12:30 - Stretch
12:00-12:30pm - Lunch break (for AM campers only)
12:30-1:30pm - Skill building rotations
1:30-1:45pm - Snack (provided by camper)
1:30-3:00pm -Open Gym, Games, & Camper Awards
