The Tringali Barn

For centuries, the land now known as Heritage Farms has remained a slice of Old Florida cutoff from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Acquired in 2018 by local St. Augustine resident Chris Shee, a fifth-generation Floridian who purchased the property as a legacy to his family, it’s been only a few years since Heritage Farms started hosting events. The property’s main structure, a 7,000-square-foot barn, was built in 2014 by Joe and Cindy Tringali and has quickly become one of the most sought-after venues in Northeast Florida.
