St. Augustine Wild Reserve

St. Augustine Wild Reserve

Volunteers participate in many activities at the Reserve, to include cage cleaning and maintenance, diet preparation, commissary cleanup, bowl washing, meat sorting, and assisting our tour guide. We have dozens of animals ranging from lions and tigers to coati mundis, porcupines and birds. We are especially looking for individuals who have a gift for public speaking and who would like to lead our tours, held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 2pm. So, if you don't want to get your hands dirty, but enjoy speaking in front of crowds, you would be perfect for the Reserve.

Volunteers must be over the age of 18, or be accompanied by a parent when they volunteer. We usually start new volunteers at 9:30am on Monday through Saturday. Sunday is never a volunteer day.
