Kidding Around Yoga specializes in teaching children mindfulness, postures, meditation, and stress management through games, songs, crafts, partner work, and through the way they learn best PLAY!!
We will be learning breath and meditation techniques, how to deal with our emotions, learning the postures which help with physical fitness, and so much more!!
Drop off class, or caregivers can stay in lounge and have a cup of coffee/tea, enjoy meditation nooks, color, relax..... ♡♡♡
Let's teach the kids when they are young how to calm themselves, how to find their peace and center, how to stay in the present moment ♡
