 t benefiting the Tidal Resilience Foundation,  a Northeast Florida nonprofi
 t supporting children and families who have experienced the loss of a paren
 t or caregiver. Your participation directly funds our ocean‑rooted resilien
 ce programs, including Resilience Kits, Resilience Weeks, and our upcoming 
 Resilience Rides paddle‑based healing experiences.\nAll 5k and 1 Mile runne
 rs and walker will receive a race shirt and finisher medal.\n\nAfter crossi
 ng the finish line, head over to Back 40 A1A for the official post‑race cel
 ebration, where participants can enjoy live music, great food, community, a
 nd redeem their race ticket for their first drink on the house.\nRun with u
 s, support local families, and help bring hope and healing through the less
 ons of the ocean.\n\nWe will be awarding our fastest runners based on age a
