 e American Revolution", through a festive holiday display on the fireplace 
 mantels of the Ximenez-Fatio House! This exhibit is kicking off our celebra
 tion of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independ
 ence with more to come throughout 2026. The art in the house will feature t
 he different groups of people living in early Florida.\n\nThis self-guided 
 audio tour takes guests through our 227-year-old home which dates to the Se
 cond Spanish Era of Florida. Guests will see what it was like to live in Ol
 d St. Augustine from the Spanish Era and United States statehood through Re
 construction. Our historic house museum has been meticulously researched an
 d decorated to reflect what life was like in early Florida. With the help o
 f the St. Augustine Art Association, each fireplace in our historic home wi
 ll be uniquely decorated by different artists creating a wonderful art show
  in the house.\n\nThis self-guided audio tour takes approximately 60 minute
 s.\n\nUpon arrival, guests should report to the Fig Tree Gift Shop to check
