Athlete Group Training for kids ages (5-10) (All Athletes) This group training program are designed to focus on developing the youth athletes speed, agility, hand eye coordination, awareness, ball skills, mental toughness and character development. This is an intense 1 hour group session that will advance our youth athletes play both in and out the sport they play. I provide the necessary tools for creating and building a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork and life skills for great success.
