
CrossFit Kids:
Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.
CrossFit Teens:
CrossFit Teens is a program designed to challenge your teen and make them physically and mentally strong to help prepare them for life. Our teens perform a slightly scaled down version of the regular adult workouts. If your teen doesn’t like team sports or wants to improve their performance in their sport, CrossFit will do it. CrossFit improves your strength, stamina, and mental toughness to help them overcome any obstacle or challenge thrown their way.
