UF Health St. Johns: Childbirth Preparation Classes

We offer a three-part class program and various support groups designed to help expectant families prepare for childbirth. You do not have to be a patient to participate in our classes.
Class 1: Pregnancy, Stages of Labor, Pushing and Low Intervention Birth and Comfort Techniques
Class 2: Pain Medication Management, Inductions, 2nd Stage Interventions, Cesarean Sections
Class 3: Postpartum, Newborn Care, Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding, Infant CPR
