Breathe and om with your little one, give gentle kisses and incorporate your baby into poses while strengthening your core. Our yoga class is a fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby and meeting other new moms. Infants will respond to the rhythm and tempo of the music while strengthening the muscles in their head, neck, shoulders and core and will enjoy the sounds, colors and parent movement.
Recommended Age: 0-6 months. Please bring a blanket for your baby.
