My love for fitness and helping others to achieve a healthy lifestyle continues to grow each year. After having my son Taylor in 2013, I knew I wanted to offer a class that moms could attend and bring their sweet babies. As a new mom, I knew how hard it was to get my workout in some days, and knew this would be the answer for so many moms who wanted to workout but needed some guidance, camaraderie and didn’t have anyone to watch their baby. Thus, Fit Mama’s was born!
What does a typical work out include? A typical class consists of a warm up, cardio, strength training, core work, stretching and fun!
