WELCOME TO THE DANCE METHOD!
The Dance Method offers recreational dance lessons for ages 3 months to adults!
We offer classes in Creative Movement--including "Mommy & Me" style classes, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater and Contemporary.
Our studio is dedicated to saving you time, money, and stress, while still supplying you/your child with quality dance education.
How do we do it?
- No required "uniform" or merchandise
-No competitions
- Classes once a week
- Minimal performances
In addition, we believe in safeguarding children's innocence for as long as possible, which is why we strive to uphold conservative values. To us, this means:
- Clean music
- Age appropriate choreography
- Modest dress code
- Age appropriate costumes
We pride ourselves in our curriculum--this is how we came up with our name! There is a "method" to the way we teach. The child's brain is a beautiful, yet sensitive thing and we are careful to teach in a way that it can best comprehend, at any given age or skill level.
We claim to offer "so much more than dance". When your child is in our midst, they will learn kindness, respect, diligence, and hard work. They will gain an understanding of the importance of good health and proper maintenance of their bodies, for it is their instrument! They will make friends, achieve goals, work with others, and learn to be a good sport. All in all, your child will improve in dance, but will also grow as a person.
